つる家は1908年大阪北浜に創業。
1928年京都つる家を開業以来、エリザベス女王陛下ご夫妻をはじめ
世界のVIPをお迎えしてまいりました。
東京つる家は、昭和61年東京全日空ホテルの開業と共に（平成16年に退店）東京に進出。
2005年松屋銀座に「京都つる家 花陽」を出店、
平成19年ザ・ペニンシュラ東京の開業と共に（令和元年に退店）「京都つる家」を出店。
2007年大丸東京駅に「京都つる家 花陽」を出店し、創業から100年以上、東京に於いても
30年以上にも及ぶレストラン経営で培われた経験を凝縮した形で世界からのお客様を日本料理でおもてなしをするために、
2022年日本橋に「TSURUYA Chef’s Table」を開業いたしました。
Tsuruya was founded in Kitahama, Osaka in 1908.
Since the opening of Kyoto Tsuruya in 1928, the restaurant has welcomed VIPs from around the world, including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, and other VIPs from all over the world.
Tokyo Tsuruya entered the Tokyo market in 1986 with the opening of the ANA Hotel Tokyo (closed in 2004). In 2005, the company opened Kyoto Tsuruya Kayo in Ginza Matsuya.
In 2007, we opened “Kyoto Tsuruya Kayo” in Daimaru, Tokyo Station.
In 2022, we opened “Tyuruya Chef’s Table” in Nihonbashi, to entertain guests from all over the world with Japanese cuisine in the form of a condensed version of the experience we have accumulated through more than 30 years of restaurant management in Tokyo and through over 100 years since our establishment.

伊東 豊雄 / 建築家
Ito Toyo / Architect日本を代表する建築家の一人で、大学や公共施設など多くの建築を手掛けている。2006年には王立英国建築家協会よりRIBAロイヤルゴールドメダルを、2013年にはプリツカー建築賞を受賞するなど、国外からの評価も高い。
また後進の建築家を多く輩出する教育者としても知られている。
One of Japan’s leading architects, he has designed various architecture projects all over the world, including universities and public facilities.
In 2006, he was awarded the RIBA Royal Gold Medal from the Royal Institute of British Architects, and in 2013 he was awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize.
He is also highly regarded as an educator of young architects.
永井 一正 / グラフィックデザイナー
Kazumasa Nagai / Graphic Designer1950年代から活躍するグラフィックデザイナーであり、現在日本デザインセンター最高顧問。「良質なデザインは人間の五感、つまり視覚・触覚・嗅覚・味覚・聴覚が統合し、ある目的をもった『かたち』に収斂したもの」という考えのもと、大企業や都道府県などのシンボルマーク及びポスターを数多く手掛けている。
A graphic designer active since the 1950s, and is currently the Supreme Advisor of Nippon Design Center, Inc.
Based on the idea that “good design is the integration of the five human senses (vision, touch, smell, taste, and hearing) and their convergence into a purposeful form,” he has created numerous symbol marks and posters for major corporations and prefectures.
